Pakistan and Turkey Collaborated to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation in Trade, Culture and Education

Turkish Foreign Minister, Mr. Mevlut Cavusoglu met President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi in Islamabad and agreed for bilateral progress in trade, education and culture.  

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Mr. Shah Mahmood Qureshi received the Turkish delegation in Pakistan. Mr. Arif Alvi provoked mutual relation to enhance education, industry and cultural fields of both countries. He also praised the Turkish people to have excellent relations with Pakistan.

Mr. Alvi emphasized making investment in Pakistan by encouraging Turkish delegation to explore business opportunities and investing capital in various sectors in Pakistan.

He said that Pakistan is emerging with excellent market penetration and economic growth indicators. Therefore, Pakistan has gained good ranking in Ease of Doing Business. According to sources, until now Turkey has made approx. 1b dollar investment in Pakistan.
