It is a rabbit hole of content where you can quite easily spend your whole day wasting away once you fall. Many people also lost their lives to make TikTok content while driving or even on a cliff. The ever ending need to get viral, and famous have people doing dangerous stuff.
Bullying/Inappropriate Content
The content on TikTok sometimes borders on obscene with dirty languages, suggestive remarks to indecent videos. For example, pola is known for her filthy language, which is not suitable for impressionable younglings. TikTok also got banned for a short amount of time for this reason in Pakistan.
Unsafe
TikTok has no level of restriction on who can join or stream the content. Sure, there are community guidelines available, but there is no monitoring from the government or even the parent’s side. They have no clue what their children are doing on TikTok for the sake of getting viral.
